The In Person Provider Orientation course is the second phase of the Family PACT orientation process.

Please note: You must complete the online course before you are able to register for the in person course. Upon completion of the online course you will be provided with further information about available training dates and registration.

All of the information you entered when registering for the online course is saved and you will not have to fill out the form again.

If you have not registered for the online orientation course you may do so here REGISTER. 

The following dates are currently scheduled:

• Sacramento, CA August 22 (10:00 am - 2:00 pm)
• Oakland, CA September 21 (10:00 am - 2:00 pm)

Site Certifiers must complete the registration process three days prior to the in person training.
