Trainings

To complete the process of becoming a Family PACT provider or certifying a site you must complete all required orientation courses. Please register and complete all the "Online/On-Demand" courses by selecting "Online Courses" from the menu at the left. You must complete ALL the "Online/On-Demand" courses first BEFORE you can register for the Family PACT Provider Orientation (Virtual/In-Person) Training.

The Family PACT Provider Orientation and trainings provide a comprehensive overview of the Family PACT Program standards and benefits, client eligibility and enrollment, and guidelines for compliance and best practices.

New applicants involved in the provision of services under Family PACT are required to complete a series of trainings in order to certify a new site or recertify an existing site (Welfare and Institutions Code § 24005(k)).

Trainings are grouped in preassigned "Learning Tracks" based on functional roles for ease of navigation.

Once you have registered and are assigned to a Learning Track, you may access your required course by selecting the My Learning Tracks menu at the left.
